Ingredients

Batter:
1/2 cup AP Flour
1/2 cup Whole Milk
2 Large Eggs
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Sea/Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
Toppings:
Maple Syrup
Powdered Sugar
Fresh Berries
Instructions
1. Dice your butter and place it in a cold, cast iron skillet. Place the skillet in the oven and begin preheating it to 425°F.
2. Place remaining ingredients (other than toppings) into a blender and blend on high until fully combined.
3. Once the oven is preheated, swirl the butter around the skillet to coat and then pour excess off into the blender.
4. Pulse blender until butter is incorporated.
5. Quickly pour the batter into the preheated skillet, and place on the center rack of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
6. Allow to cool before dusting with powdered sugar, slicing, and serving.
