Refund policy

Backcountry Iron offers a 2 year warranty on all of our products. Our customers are what keep us in business so we pride ourselves on doing everything we can to solve any problem that may arise. 


To start a return, you can contact us at support@backcountryiron.com. If your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We don't accept returns for pans that were damaged from thermal shock—like going from sizzling hot to icy cold. We know they're tough, but even the best pans have their limits!


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return of our product. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, provided you returned the original product, minus the return shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
